Objective

Key Financial Group, an independent wealth management firm that specializes in customized financial solutions, was looking to update its web presence. In addition to showcasing its wide variety of wealth management services, it was important for the website to represent Key Financial with a positive, professional visual style. Helpful tools such as the client portal and financial calculator resources were also important offerings to promote on the website.

Solution

Celerate worked with proprietors Jo and Jeff Button to design and develop a completely custom WordPress website to replace their old template site. The new site has been redesigned and restructured so that visitors can easily find what beers are on tap, what special events are happening, and what latest tasty creation the chef has developed.

Key Financial Group’s updated web presence blends a high-contrast modern design with large, inviting imagery. The homepage displays an array of the group’s financial services, with additional information and action items revealed when the user hovers over each item. Important resources are introduced through highlight buttons and promotional blocks. The Financial Services landing page promotes each service by combining imagery and content into a rhythmic stack, while a floating navigation bar provides a shortcut for users to jump to specific sections. Article and content pages are designed with a minimalistic approach to ensure an easy reading experience. By reinforcing content flow and bringing sharp contrast into the look and feel, the new website is the perfect pairing for Key Financial Group’s commitment to clear and effective financial planning.
